Shipping policy

We offer both domestic & international shipping via USPS, UPS and FEDEX.

We ship to almost every country around the world.

• Free international shipping for orders $250+

• Customers outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, customs fees, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or free shipping for orders over $250.

• Duties; customs fees, import taxes and brokerage fees will vary from country to country; please check with your local customs department for the estimated costs.

We strive to process all orders within 24 - 72 hours with the exception of weekends, holidays, back-ordered and pre-orders.

• Typically pre-orders ship within 30 - 45 days. If you have any additional questions, regarding a pre-ordered item feel free to contact us, we are here to help.

• In the Continental US (48 States) except Alaska & Hawaii please allow for 3-4 days for standard shipping.

• Overnight & Priority shipping may be available depending on the item's availability, each product page will have estimated shipping times.

• We typically use USPS as our primary shipper and occasionally UPS, FEDEX or DHL.

• Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for international orders to arrive depending on the destination and customs. (We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.)

• Absolutely, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 and for international orders over $250.00.

• Standard shipping rates still very affordable at $4.95 per order.

We give you the option of insuring your valuable goodies with very affordable shipping insurance.

Let's face it, on rare occasions packages get lost or stolen but no worries we've partnered with Route backed by the renowned Lloyds of London. to cover any loses. The insurance fee is 1% of the order total, a small investment to ensure peace of mind from thieves & porch pirates.

Once an order shows as delivered to the shipper the liability is between you and shipper. We highly recommend adding on shipping insurance to order. Unfortunately, we can not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you live outside of the US: You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country.

We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Exchanges and Returns

We here at Amthyst want you to be 100% delighted with your purchases from us! If you are not in love send it back to us as long as the item is unworn with the original tags still attached & in the original condition.. For domestic orders, you have 30 days after delivery to return the item & for international orders you have 45 days after the date of delivery. Simply contact us and we will forward instructions for printing your free return label.

Please allow 7 - 21 days for your refund to post back to your credit or debit card depending on your financial institution or split pay account (AfterPay/ShopPay/Sezzle)

Ordering mistakes sometimes happen & when they do it's no big deal. If an item is still in stock we will gladly exchange the item for free within 30 days of delivery. Some items sell out very quickly making exchanges difficult, but we will strive to do our best to make it happen.

Hair or Hair Accessories

All sunglasses sold by Amthyst are hand checked three times prior to shipping. Items are bubble wrapped and then sent in a padded mailer Bag. All Sunglasses are considered a final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please our size chart for individual garment sizing.

We are firm believers that great style has no size and we strive to carry most of our garments in sizes Small up to 4X depending on the designer or manufacturer.

Please use the size chart for general reference most garments will have exact measurements within the product description.

Pre-orders are a great way to reserve fast selling items in your size before they sell out. Each item available for pre-order will have its own estimated shipping date. If there is a delay in the shipping times a member of our staff will reach out with a new date to ensure it fits your needs. Once the item arrives at our warehouse we process pre-orders that same or next business day.
