Visual Impaired Tips

Hearing Impaired Tips

If you are hard of hearing or deaf there are several features to increase accessibility for you;

Closed captioning provides a written transcript for video presentations that are synchronized with the audio tracks. Captions are visually displayed over the video, which can benefit those that are deaf or hard of hearing and anyone who may not be able to hear the audio due to excessive background noise.

Increasing the volume control features on your computer, tablet, or mobile device can also be beneficial. In addition, each video will have its own additional volume controls. Try adjusting both your device’s volume controls and your media players’ volume controls to better optimize your listening experience.
